Was watching clips of Nationals Body Building 2008 competition and im shocked to watch this body buiLder named Shaifulhaq Ahmad Ishak. I find that the rest of the clips ive watched doesnt have that monsterous looking bisceps. But when it comes to Shaifulhaq..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DAMN HUGE BISCEPS SAK!! KIWAK!! PEH BESAR!! TerLipat nyer biscep!! SIOL LA!!! BAEK SAK!! Check it out! During the 2007 competition, his bisceps were just like popeye ones! TertimbuL!!! In 2008!! What an improvement he made. Bisceps TERLIPAT!! PEH BESAR!!
