Im so down... I have an injury on my left shouLder. Last week, I over stretched my arm tiLL i feLt the pain on my left shouLder. Then last friday i accidentaLLy swing my left arm and it was painfuL.. I thought of going to the gym just now but i cant. Aiseyman... I suggest to have a 1 week rest, pLenty of rest and drink aLot of miLk to get the proteins to repair the damaged tissues. So no gym tiLL next monday and hoPefuLLy i'LL be fuLLy recovered. If not, haiz... Berapa lamakah lagi... terpaksa aku menanti... =(
